The day spa offers packages named after five elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit. Each package lasts three hours and combines treatments such as a facial, a massage and light therapy. Guests also get one hour in the Element Wellness Room circuit, which includes a steam room, a sauna, a hydro-jet jacuzzi, a cold plunge and the Pink Himalayan Salt Lounge. Packages come with infused water, teas and snacks. Package prices range from $425 to $674, and single massages start at $169 for 50 minutes.

Bookings can be made through a 24/7 online portal or by calling the spa concierge during opening hours, which are closed Monday, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. A credit card is required at booking, but it is only charged after the service unless the guest is a no-show. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes early, since late arrivals receive a shortened service and the full charge applies to the missed time. Lockers are provided, and robes, slippers, light snacks, infused water and hot teas are offered. A 20% gratuity is added automatically to every service. Day spa appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed, are charged the full scheduled amount.

The medical spa side includes Botox and Dysport, Botox for hyperhidrosis, dermal fillers, facial balancing, skin rejuvenation with microneedling, Morpheus8 and Lumecca IPL, CoolPeel and CO2 laser resurfacing, IV hydration, a vitamin B complex shot bar and anti-aging programs. Medical spa treatments are listed as call-for-appointment with no prices shown online. Medical spa cancellations under 24 hours, no-shows and missed complimentary consultations incur a $50 fee per appointment.

Payment options include cash, major credit cards, Five Elements gift cards and third-party financing, with Cherry payment plans that offer 0% APR options. Memberships and payment plans are offered. Plastic gift cards and digital certificates can pay for services and boutique products but not gratuities, and they are nonrefundable and not transferable. Unused retail products and unworn clothing may be returned within 14 days of purchase, but opened or used items are not accepted. Free parking is available in marked blue spaces out front for two hours when the car is registered at a kiosk, and inside spaces have no time limit.

The day spa is built around the five elements of nature, while the medical spa is overseen by a medical director with a focus on personalized, patient-centered care.
