Hair treatments include paraffin treatments, conditioning treatments, a Redken acidic bonding treatment, perms, a Keratin Express smoothing treatment and a Brazilian Blowout. The Brazilian Blowout can be customized for frizz reduction and curl, lasts up to 12 weeks, and includes a free shampoo and conditioner. The Keratin Express can be added to any color service for an extra $50 and lasts up to six weeks. Styling options include blow dries, flat iron or curls, a wash with blow dry and curls or flat iron, and up-dos.

Beyond hair, the salon offers brow tinting, waxing from lip and chin to full face and full leg, nail services from manicures and pedicures to shellac and acrylics, and makeup including traditional and airbrush applications and makeup lessons. The Mommy Makeover package at $275 includes a custom color, a haircut and a style.

Hair extensions are Harper Ellis extensions and begin with a consultation. Extension clients must buy the care products the stylists recommend from the salon. The extension investment is non-refundable and is quoted on an Extension Investment Form at consultation, and extensions may be stored for up to six months before they are disposed of. If a client changes their natural color or texture after consultation, a new consultation may be required for a $50 fee that is not applied to services.

The salon is open Monday and Friday from noon to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows, and a debit or credit card must be kept on file before booking. The salon may require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final payment. Payment is due when services are rendered by cash, card or approved mobile payment app; checks are not accepted. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval, and payment plans are run by a third-party provider. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
