Merixy

Merixy was founded by Angela Rijo, who began her career in cosmetology, styling and makeup after settling in Miami more than 20 years ago. The Merixy Cosmetics brand launched in 2010, and in 2020 she began developing hair formulas without chemicals.

Hair services cover balayage, braids, cuts, Dominican drying, professional hairstyling and an Organic Stem Cells treatment, with professional makeup offered alongside them. The salon describes its services as exclusively professional and its concept as chic, with VIP attention for each client.

Much of the product range is built on the Células Madres Superadas recipe, a hair cream bath based on rosemary, cinnamon, radish and ginger.
