Each visit starts with a consultation about goals, lifestyle, hair history and inspiration, and services are adjusted to hair type, skin tone and how much upkeep a client wants. Hair color formulas are mixed by hand and detailed formula records are kept for every client. Several services, such as color, a cut, nails and waxing, can be combined into one appointment.
Color work is a major part of the menu. The salon offers lived-in color, which blends highlights and lowlights to mimic natural sun lightening, as well as balayage and foil highlights, including balayage for men. Keratin smoothing is offered to reduce frizz and curl, and there are curly and textured cuts for every curl pattern, blowouts, and bridal, prom and event hair by inquiry.
Nail, spa and waxing services round out the menu, including spa pedicures with massage, gel and Shellac manicures, several facials and waxing for the face and body. The salon says it uses only professional-grade products.
The salon aims to give each service care and creativity, tailoring every visit to the client's hair type, skin tone and maintenance preferences.
