Every service is done in a private room. Clients can choose their own music, and a complimentary Nashville bourbon is offered during the visit. Pricing is flat, so the price shown is the price paid, and no tip is added or expected.

The menu is organized by area of the body and by type of service. Waxing uses a custom-blended wax that the business says is gentle on skin, and it covers the back, chest, arms, legs, underarms, butt, the Manzilian area, and face areas such as the eyebrows, nose, and ears. Massage includes a 60-minute Essential session, a 90-minute Signature session, and a 120-minute Signature Extended session. Facials include a 30-minute Refresh Facial and a 60 or 90-minute Signature Facial, and a Back Facial with deep exfoliation, extractions, and hydration. Body scrubs include full-body exfoliation, steam towels, and hydration. Couples spa packages and couples treatments are available for clients who want to relax with a companion.

Memberships offer ongoing discounts and monthly credit, and packages of three visits of the same service come with 12% off and do not expire. Gift cards are available.
