The business describes its mission as affordable, effective hair removal using all-natural ingredients and organic skin care. Its sugar paste is made from sugar, water and lemon juice, and the business says the paste is biodegradable and free of harsh chemicals. Hand-sugaring applies the paste against the direction of hair growth and removes it along the direction of growth, pulling the hair from the root. Hair should be about a quarter inch long so the paste can grip it, and the business says results can last up to six weeks. It also says sugaring is less painful than waxing.
Services are grouped into sugar hair removal, Lady Parts, Male Parts, Anybody Parts, Lashes and Brows, and Skin Script Skin Care. Facials are customized after a consultation and the business recommends one every four to six weeks. Lash lifts typically last six to eight weeks. Brazilian and bikini services are available for clients 18 and older, with some listed at a starting price for that age group. Prices for services not listed on the site are available by phone or email.
Booking is handled mostly by text. Clients text their location to ask about availability, since hours vary by site, and are asked not to leave voicemails. Cards are charged after the service is completed, not at booking. Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours ahead are free, while later cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service amount. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as cancellations. The business does not accept cash.
