The hair menu covers tailored haircuts, custom color, extensions, blowouts and formal event styling. Color work ranges from highlights, lowlights and root touch-ups to toners, glosses and solid color. Color correction and creative color start with a consultation and are priced from $75 per hour. Extension Move Up is for existing clients only, and hand-tied extensions are sewn in without damaging natural hair.

The wellness side includes head spa rituals. The Scalp Ritual is a 50-minute treatment at $170 with deep cleansing, light exfoliation, hydration and massage. The Crown Ritual is a 75-minute custom head spa at $212 that adds Reiki and a sound bath. Custom head spa sessions are offered on a pop-up basis, booked by calling or texting for the next opening. Reiki energy healing ($150 for 70 minutes) and sound bath sessions are also available.

Booking can be done by text or phone, or through a virtual or in-person consultation. A card on file is required for all services. Pricing includes gratuity. Silent appointments can be requested in the online booking or in person, and hair appointments ask clients to arrive with clean, air-dried hair. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes incur half the quoted price, and no-shows without a call are charged in full. The salon describes itself as a safe and inclusive place for LGBTQ clients and asks clients to share their pronouns. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed amounts or a custom amount.
