The facial menu is built around named customized facials. The Acne Facial is designed to decongest acne-prone skin and improve clarity and texture, the Glow-Bright Facial aims to boost natural glow and may reduce the look of hyperpigmentation and sun spots, and the Smooth Aging Facial is intended to support collagen production and may soften the look of wrinkles. The European Facial can be paired with most a la carte services. The On-the-Mend Facial combines LED therapy, a collagen hand treatment and scalp therapy, and the salon calls it its ultimate experience. The Mend Customized Facial is an intuitive custom facial that can follow brightening, soothing or tightening protocols, with aromatherapy, hot towels and massage of the upper arms, shoulders, chest, face and neck. Contour face, lower arm and hand, scalp and foot massage can be added to it. Other options include the Monthly Mendbership Facial, offered to monthly clients only, and THE PCC (Fall Renewal), an 80-minute seasonal facial with pumpkin glycolic exfoliation, a double mask and a firming collagen treatment.

Body Facials cover the belly, booty, hands and inner thighs. The Belly Treatment is performed on the stomach and may help with the look of stretch marks; it cannot be performed on pregnant clients past 35 weeks. The Booty Treatment focuses on exfoliation and firming, and the Inner Thighs Treatment includes extractions and a decolorizing hydrojelly mask. A la carte services include dermaplaning, extended extractions, High Frequency, Celluma LED treatment, ingrown hair treatment on the chin and neck, underarm therapy, beard treatment, scalp therapy and a foot treatment that uses an Epsom salt soak and sugar scrub.

The Gōka HeadSpa Experience starts with a choice of tea and essential oils, followed by a scalp analysis, scalp massage, dry brush scalp exfoliation and a steamed, customized tea rinse. The Gōka 60 and Gōka 90 include a free turban, or clients may use the towel blow dry bar. The Gōka 90 adds a mini facial, décolleté and facial contour massage, and an eye treatment. The salon describes these services as designed to engage all five senses.

Clients should arrive 10 minutes early for the intake form and should not bring a guest, although one guest can be accommodated at a time. Silent appointments are available after the initial consultation and skin analysis for clients who prefer quiet time. Cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee, and deposits are required for the higher-priced facials. Gift cards are sold online in set amounts or a custom amount, and they are final.

The practice centers on promoting wellness from the inside out, with customized facial protocols and treatments chosen during each appointment.
