Visits are arranged entirely online or by email, and the salon has no reception desk and takes no cash. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice; shorter-notice cancellations are charged half the service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service before the next booking. Adjustments to a color need to be requested within two weeks of the original appointment.
Color is built around the person rather than a fixed formula. Clients can choose a partial or full head of custom highlighting or lowlighting, or combine either with a base color change or gray coverage.
Color is customized to fit each client's busy schedule and daily routine, with the aim that every guest feels at ease in the chair and pleased on leaving.
A relaxed, unhurried setting meant for unwinding during a color appointment.
