The studio offers three service groups. Massage options are Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and deep tissue paired with cupping and gua sha, each available in 60- or 90-minute lengths. A 30-minute neck, back and shoulder session is also offered, along with a prenatal massage, which is available once a client is past the first trimester. A cold stone face-lift massage blends lymphatic drainage with cold stone work and can be booked on its own or added to any facial. Facials run from a 30-minute express version to a 60-minute deep cleansing facial with extractions, which the studio describes as appropriate for teens and adults. The Diamond Glow Resurfacing Facial relies on microdermabrasion, and the studio says visible results develop across a series of appointments. A back facial includes cleansing, work on problem areas and massage. Wellness services include craniosacral therapy and Reiki, and the Reiki session incorporates chakra balancing using crystals. According to the studio, the most frequently booked combination is a massage followed by a facial. Clients can add an aromatherapy scalp massage, an island scalp massage using warmed Pure Fiji coconut oil, a foot treatment with warm towel compresses, or cupping or gua sha during a therapeutic massage. First-time guests should plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead to fill out an intake form, and anyone booked for both a massage and a facial completes two forms. Appointments last the full booked time and involve hands-on work. Because the next client is scheduled on time, a late arrival may mean a shortened treatment. Clients may request firmer or lighter pressure, additional time, areas to skip, and adjustments to room temperature, lighting or music. Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hours' notice. Shorter notice incurs a fee of 50 percent of the reserved service price, and missed appointments are billed at the full price. Gift cards and e-gift cards may be redeemed toward services and retail products, but gift card purchases cannot be refunded. Facials are performed with Skin Script products, which are also available online in cleansers, toners, serums, eye products and moisturizers. Internet orders carry a flat $12 shipping fee or can be collected at the studio at no cost. Unopened items may be sent back for store credit within 30 days after arrival.
