Facials include chemical peels using Image, Skin Script and Face Reality products, a dermaplaning facial with a HydroJelly mask, and a custom facial. The custom facial runs about 1 hour 15 minutes and includes deep cleansing, a customized enzyme treatment with steam, extractions, a customized HydroJelly mask, microcurrent or high frequency, and a customized serum and moisturizer with SPF. Add-ons include Celluma LED light therapy, dermaplaning, and a HydroJelly mask.

Microneedling is offered as a single one-hour session, a package of three, or a two-hour session for two people. The PhiBright technique is adapted to different skin types and conditions. Add-ons for the neck and chest, hands, and dermaplaning are also available. Milia removal is offered as well. Microneedling sessions allow mineral makeup only afterward.

Plasma fibroblast treatments address eyelids, neck, ear area, crow's feet, forehead and frown lines, and upper and lower lips (smoker lines), with skin tag removal also offered. Sessions run from one to two hours depending on the area, and a consultation is offered at no charge. The studio uses topical anesthesia only for these treatments. The stretch mark treatment, about 1 hour 30 minutes, uses an inkless camouflage technique with an oil and vitamin blend.

Training is available in a Microneedling and Plasma Fibroblast course that requires no prior aesthetic experience, and a PhiIon fibroblast plasma pen course. The combined course costs $3290 online or $3790 live, and an online enrollment can be upgraded to live at any time by paying the difference. The online option includes a starter kit with materials for 40 clients, three months of access to the CraftMaster app with trainer support, lifetime support, and three bonus courses. Live sessions are two-day workshops from 10 am to 5 pm with theory and practice on live models. Graduates receive a PhiAcademy certificate, which the site describes as internationally recognized, and are invited to join the Phi Community.

Treatments are tailored to the individual, with customized facial steps and microneedling adapted to skin type. Plasma and microneedling sessions use topical numbing.
