Extension visits begin by removing any overgrown extensions, then cleansing the natural lashes, then applying new ones. The studio uses individual cashmere mink lashes and a low-fume adhesive made for sensitive use. The salon describes its extensions as non-damaging and says the aim is to keep natural lash health. Set options range from Classic Lite with 60 extensions per eye and Classic Full with 90 to Classic Glam with 120, and wet and volume sets with roughly 50 to 90 percent coverage using narrow or wide fans. After two to three refills, the studio recommends a full removal and a new set with a deep cleanse of the natural lashes. Refills are timed by days since the last set: up to 14 days counts as a two-week refill, 15 to 21 days as a three-week refill, and anything longer is treated as a new set. Refill pricing only applies to extensions the studio applied.

Lash lifts are done without glue, using plant-based, vegan and cruelty-free formulas. The salon calls its glue-less lift the newest Korean technique for lifting lashes and says there are no restrictions on skincare or sleep afterward. Tint can be added to the lift, and a two-person option lets two guests book side by side with one technician working on both at once. A Lift X Extension Combo pairs a glue-less lift and tint with up to 10 ultra-fine extensions per eye.

Every service can start with a free 15-minute consultation when booked during the same visit. Consultations look at natural lashes and eye shape and can be done by phone or in person. Consultation-only appointments are limited and need a call or text before booking. An allergy test is available for $20 and should be booked 24 hours before an appointment. The salon does not recommend extensions for clients who have had a reaction to lash adhesive. If an allergic reaction happens, the salon removes the lashes at no charge.

Booking requires a valid card to hold the appointment, which is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 12 hours notice, and a later change carries a 25 percent fee; a no-show carries a 50 percent fee. The salon asks clients to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and a 10-minute or longer delay may shorten the service. Services are not refunded, but concerns raised within three days may get a complimentary touch-up, excluding style or length changes. New clients receive 30 percent off listed services at checkout, excluding removal, and promotions require cash payment. eGift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.

Extensions are applied with a low-fume, sensitive adhesive, and the salon says its work aims to keep natural lashes healthy, with a deep cleanse recommended every few refills.
