Visits are by appointment only. Booking requires an account and a confirmation email, and a credit card on file is needed to reserve. Every manicure includes cuticle care with non-toxic products, shaping and a cleanse. Clients with questions can reach a customer service team for personalized guidance by phone, text or email.

Japanese gel is the salon's specialty. The salon describes it as a flexible, soft gel with a natural, lightweight finish that is free of TPO and HEMA, applied over By En three-in-one base and top gels. Dazzle Dry services use regular polish, and clients may bring their own polish with matching base and top coats. Polish or color changes are not offered. The Essential Non-Polish Pedicure is the signature pedicure, and non-polish manicure and pedicure options are also available.

Private salon rentals are offered at the West Village and SoHo locations for group gatherings, special occasions and company events. Half-day rentals run six hours, either 10am to 4pm or 2pm to 8pm, and full-day rentals run ten hours, Monday through Thursday only. A 30% non-refundable deposit secures the date, and requests are best made at least three weeks ahead, or one to two months ahead during holiday seasons. Event packages include complimentary rose wine, and beauty products can be given to guests when the host requests them at booking.

Works with gentle soak-off methods, minimal buffing, and no acrylic, powder or harsh ingredients. The salon does not soak off hard gel, acrylic or dip powder, and does not offer hard gel, acrylic or powder services.

The salon describes its SoHo space as modern and calming.
