Service prices depend on the stylist's experience level, expertise and client demand, so a haircut starts at $65 at the Emerging level and rises at more experienced levels. Extra charges can apply for added length or density and for extra products such as additional color bowls, toner or keratin treatments. Booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, including online bookings, and a valid credit card kept on file. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Major credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee, and sales are final with no refunds.

Before a first color service, the stylist recommends a consultation to review the hair's history and condition.
