Appointments are grouped into four experiences: color, grey blending, haircuts and styling. Visits begin with a scalp massage, mini facial, eye patches and a warm towel, and the studio keeps a beverage and snack bar with water, soda, energy drinks, iced coffee and snacks.
Clients can book consultations by phone, text, FaceTime or Zoom for color work, and grey blending consultations can also be held in person before booking. After an appointment, personalized product recommendations are sent by text, with shopping links and access to a virtual retail shelf.
Each service is planned around the client's own goals, with the studio aiming for results that suit the individual rather than a copy of someone else's look.
