The facial menu runs from a 55-minute first-time custom facial at $99 to a 120-minute All-In Custom Facial 3 at $300, which includes two advanced treatments and several devices. Other options include the Glo Reset Facial, Melatocin Brightening Facial for melasma, hyperpigmentation, dark spots and uneven tone, and the Salmon DNA Regenerative Facial, which contains fish-derived ingredients and is not suitable for anyone with a seafood or fish allergy.
Acne care is offered in two formats. The in-clinic route begins with a $99 skin assessment, includes a single $180 FR Acne Treatment session, and has a six-treatment package at $895 spread over three months. In-clinic acne treatments can only be booked by clients enrolled in the in-clinic acne care program, and acne treatments and packages do not include the at-home products the program requires. The virtual Acne Care Program costs $600, runs 12 weeks, and includes a 60-minute Zoom consultation and six 30-minute check-ins.
Chemical peels and collagen induction are typically recommended as a series, with at least three to six sessions for full results depending on skin concerns. Chemical peels are not booked for anyone who has never had one before. The Body Glo peel for larger body areas starts at $185, and a Chemical Peel Glo Package at $585 covers Level 1, 2 and 3 peels.
Clients can book a free 15-minute virtual consultation by Zoom after completing an intake form. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, or a fee of 50% of the service charge applies. Arriving 10 or more minutes late cancels the appointment. Each client gets one courtesy for a late arrival, late cancellation or no-show, after which a $25 fee is added to the next visit. Deposits run from $1 to $50, with most facials requiring $10. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval, and the business says it offers payment plans through Cherry Technologies, Inc., with approval in seconds and no hard credit check.
