Semi-permanent makeup is central to the practice. Services include blue and mucosal eyeliner for the top lid, top and bottom eyeliner, powder brows, lip blush, brow and eyeliner color correction, and scalp micropigmentation, including partial or full scalp for men. Scar camouflage is also offered. Many pigment services are done over two sessions four to six weeks apart, and several include a touch-up. A top eyelid lash liner takes about two and a half hours and includes two sessions.

Skincare ranges from an iS Clinical facial with customized options for skin concerns, Prana facials and brightening, and body wraps, to chemical peels, needle-free and micro-needle infusions, and photon micro-infusion light therapy. Each skincare session starts with a plan tailored to the client, and the team combines several machines and protocols toward the client's skin goals. Fibroblasting and plasma pen treatments are offered for scars and loose skin on the face and body, and colonic hydrotherapy is available at Orange Colonic Center.

Mel's Monthly Members plan has a 12-month contract that then continues month to month. Unused monthly services roll over to the next month, members receive 10% off in-store skincare and merchandise, and 15% off essential oil classes and workshops. Sales and services are final, and the business reserves the right to refuse service. The business says it donates a portion of online and in-store proceeds to a local Orange County charity and reports a People Love Us On Yelp award in 2019.
