Brow shaping is the studio's core work and includes men's brows, waxing, tweezing and tinting, with combined options such as wax and tint or tweeze and tint. Microblading is booked as a first visit followed by touch-ups at set intervals: one 6 to 12 weeks after the first visit, then yearly, with a longer-gap touch-up after 24 months.

Policies are set by service. Microblading changes need at least 48 hours notice, deposits are non-refundable, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment. Brow waxing and shaping changes need 24 hours notice, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling with payment for the missed visit. Clients who arrive visibly unwell must rebook with a new deposit. Cash is preferred, and credit cards are accepted.
