The salon states that it has served more than 10,000 clients in Los Angeles, applied more than 10,000 lash sets, and holds a 5-star average rating, and it cites 16+ years of experience. Lash extensions are the core of the menu, offered as full sets in any style, half sets with about half the lashes extended, wispy styles, and fills. Fill pricing depends on timing: a one-week fill needs at least 80 percent of extensions still on natural lashes, a two-week fill at least 60 percent, and a three-week fill at least 40 percent. If fewer extensions remain than a fill requires, the visit is priced as a full set. Outside fills are available for clients coming from another lash artist. A free patch test checks for sensitivity to extensions using five to eight lashes per eye, with results in 48 hours.

House call lash appointments are available within Los Angeles for $400, taking roughly three to three and a half hours, and must be paid in full when booked.
