The business operates from a private suite in Studio 67 at 6760 W Deer Valley Rd in Glendale, and is located near North Phoenix and North Peoria. Appointments are one-on-one, with one client at a time. It is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Friday from 10am to 3pm.

Hidden Bead extensions are installed in rows of wefts with the attachment points concealed. Lived-in color is blended between the natural hair and the extensions as part of the same service. New clients start by completing an inquiry form with details about their hair, their goals and current photos, followed by a consultation. New installations start at $2,500, and the final price depends on the client's hair goals. Each installation includes custom extension selection, placement and density, custom color for the natural hair and extensions, blending, Hidden Bead installation, a custom cut and blend, a finished style, and a home-care kit. Extension hair is custom ordered for each client based on color, length, density and the result they want.

Hidden Bead extensions are maintained every 6 to 8 weeks. Maintenance is all-inclusive and covers removal, custom color as needed, a conditioning treatment, a trim, reinstallation and a finished style. One-row maintenance starts at $600 and two-row maintenance starts at $825. Hidden Bead extension hair can be reused across multiple maintenance appointments.

New installations require a non-refundable deposit of 50%, which has to reach the salon within two days of booking; otherwise the slot can be given to another client. The rest of the fee is paid at the appointment. Payment options are cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, Venmo, and major credit and debit cards. Financing through Cherry is also offered, though financing fees apply. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice. Later changes are charged 50% of the booked service, and a no-show is charged the full 100%. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to the appointment being shortened or moved, and that is treated as a late cancellation. Extension hair purchases and finished appointments cannot be refunded. Any concern about extensions should be reported within 7 days so the salon can assess a fix. Clients should come in with clean, dry hair without heavy oils or styling products, unless this was discussed in advance, and should come alone unless someone else was arranged beforehand.

One-on-one private extension training is available for stylists and is shaped around each person's experience and aims. The Elevate option is a one-day intensive that costs $4,000 and suits stylists who already work with extensions and want to learn the Hidden Bead method or sharpen their skills in it. The Signature option runs two days, costs $5,500, and is designed for stylists who are new to Hidden Bead extensions or who want more practice with their hands on the work. The curriculum covers Hidden Bead placement, beading and stitching, row placement, cutting and blending, and how to price extension services. Private sessions come with a professional extension kit, practice wefts, a mannequin and tripod, meals, and four weeks of coaching after training ends.

Each transformation is customized to the client's hair, including placement, amount of hair, color, length and method.
