The studio's focus is healthy, dimensional hair. Color is planned around the client's hair condition, and keeping the hair healthy is treated as a priority throughout color work.

Services run from partial foil refreshes for blonde to full foil or balayage with gloss, haircut and blowout, and from root refreshes to full single-process color for brunettes. Longer blonding and balayage appointments run roughly two to three and a half hours, and the business notes that the Going Back Brunette Package price depends on hair history, density and desired results, with additional sessions possibly needed.

Clients can add a customized gloss to most color services, and a membership offers four blowouts a month. Package and membership credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books a covered service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Booking rules: changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a 50% fee. Late arrivals pay a $50 late fee and may need to be rescheduled if they significantly affect the service. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service. All sales and gift card purchases are final, and there are no refunds.
