Services are grouped into color, haircuts, hair treatments, styling and consultations. Color ranges from a gloss for the ends and root touch-ups for gray coverage or regrowth to partial and full foil with custom color, which may include balayage or hand-painted techniques. Haircuts with a blowout are priced by length and density, and estimates are available by message.

Final prices are set during a consultation, which can be done virtually or in person. Listed prices are starting prices and may change. The consultation fee is applied to the first service booked. Appointments can be requested online, through social media, by email or by appointment request. Off-hours appointments may be possible on request for a service charge. The salon is currently accepting new clients, and existing clients receive a referral bonus for each new client they send.

Booking requires a card on file. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; late cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service cost, and arriving 30 minutes or more late counts as a no-show. Services are nonrefundable, and any adjustment must be reported within 7 days of the appointment. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with Monday, Thursday and Sunday closed.
