New clients who want color services book a consultation first. Some stylists also ask about hair history, condition and budget during that visit, so the color plan is set before any product goes on.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Stylist hours differ by person and location, so check the booking calendar for the stylist you want.

Consultations come before color for new clients, so the stylist can learn about hair goals and history before any color is applied.
