The salon describes itself as a collective of like-minded stylists who approach hair creatively and collaboratively, and it says its experience is one you will not find anywhere else in Austin.

Clients are booked with a specific stylist, and pricing varies by provider. Prices for color and cutting depend on the processes the hair needs, the time required, the desired result and the starting point. Exact pricing appears when you select a stylist during online booking. Color correction is priced hourly and starts with an in-person consultation that results in a personalized quote and plan. Hand-tied extensions also need a consultation and deposit, arranged by calling the front desk. Walk-ins are welcome, but the salon recommends booking ahead because same-day availability is often limited. Booking means agreeing to the cancellation policy. Blow outs and styling are complimentary with cut and color services. Parking is on the street only, paid at meters or through the Park ATX app.

The color menu covers several techniques. Balayage is hand-painted to blend into natural hair for a lived-in look, and clients often return every three to four months. Foilyage pairs balayage-style placement with foil wraps for a brighter result, with visits often every eight to twelve weeks or longer. Traditional highlights use foils for structured placement and most clients return every six to ten weeks. Davines is used for traditional color and lightening, and Pravana and Danger Jones are used for vivid colors. The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday.

The salon values technique, work ethic and community, and gives clients direct access to their stylists.
