Janelle Ashley and Dr. Carlene Ashley founded Med Boutique in 2013 and have served Charlotte for more than 13 years. The practice describes itself as one of Charlotte's top injectors. The team customizes each treatment plan to the individual, aiming to enhance natural features without an overdone look. Every new client can start with a complimentary face sketch consultation, which looks at facial anatomy and goals before a custom plan is designed. Consultations are booked for 30 minutes, or 60 minutes when fillers are wanted at the same visit. Appointments are scheduled with extra room so visits are not rushed.

Beyond injectables, the practice offers hyperdilute Radiesse and Sculptra biostimulators, which encourage the body's own collagen production over time, and microneedling for skin texture, tone, elasticity, fine lines, acne scars and enlarged pores. Eyelid lifts (blepharoplasty) remove excess skin and fat from the eyelids and can improve vision affected by drooping lids. Men's aesthetics includes Botox or Xeomin and fillers tailored for men, commonly used for wrinkle reduction and for the chin and jawline.

Visit details: a credit card is required to reserve a consultation. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead carry a $50 fee, and repeat no-shows may be asked to pay a deposit before booking again. Concierge visits on days providers are out of the office carry an extra $100 fee per patient. Neurotoxin is priced at $10 per unit. Cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express are accepted; CareCredit is not. The practice does not sell packages or offer memberships. Patients are asked to avoid aspirin-based products such as ibuprofen for five days before treatment unless a doctor advises otherwise, and Tylenol is fine. Anyone on blood thinners or aspirin should tell staff beforehand. Children under 10 should not be brought to the office. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 10 to 5, Friday twice a month, and Saturday by appointment. Staff can be reached by call or text at 704-480-3473, including by text after hours.

Selected models can receive service discounts. The model program requires a set appointment time, a deposit, and a full release for photography and video.
