The Cool Renewal Commitment is a policy the business calls an industry-leading promise: if a client follows the treatment plan and keeps their pre-treatment weight, the spa will retreat the treated area at no cost when results are not seen. Monthly GLOW memberships are also offered. GLOW50 costs $50 a month with a 6-month minimum and includes a $50 credit, 5% off services and 10% off skincare. GLOW150 costs $150 a month with a 6-month minimum and includes a $150 credit, 10% off services and 15% off skincare. GLOW300 costs $300 a month with a 12-month minimum and includes a $300 credit, 20% off services, 20% off skincare and one complimentary dermaplane, light peel, red light facial or B12 shot each month.

Pairs in-office treatments with long-term strategies planned around each client, following patients through their full body contouring journey rather than single visits.

Each treatment room has a relaxation chair, a large flat-screen TV with streaming apps and wifi access.
