Clients book through the salon's online booking page and receive appointment reminders several times before each visit. Many services include a scalp and neck massage, and most finish with a blowout using a round brush or a choice of flat or curling iron. A 15-minute consultation is available for talking through hair goals and history before a service.

Color is done with Keune hair color, which the salon describes as cleaner, not tested on animals, and free of animal-derived ingredients. The formula includes a nourishing complex with cocamide and sea silk, UV protection and a color stabilizer. Add-ons such as a custom gloss, which the salon says lasts 28 washes and resists fading, and a custom toner refresh for adjusting warmth and adding shine can be paired with a color or as an in-between service.

For smoothing and texture, the salon offers a full keratin smoothing treatment, which takes about two and a half hours and lasts up to five months, with an extra fee for extra long or super thick hair. A shorter keratin add-on can be added to a color or haircut and lasts up to six weeks. Perms are offered for short and long hair, including a complimentary haircut with the women's perms. Perms are not booked for clients who have used henna, Herbatint box dye or have double processed hair.

Waxing covers brows, chin and lip. Brow waxing shapes the natural brow and finishes with 100% squalene oil, chin waxing uses a hard wax with aloe afterward, and the salon says its hard wax is gentler and causes less redness. Payment can be made by cash, Zelle or Venmo, and a no-show fee of half the service price applies, rising to the full price after a second no-show.
