The core menu is gel overlays, with one color or with design levels. Builder gel on natural nails is available for overlays, priced from a starting rate that is higher for long natural nails. Gel-X extensions come in one color or with design levels 1 and 2, and extensions are an additional charge beyond the starting prices for design levels. Design level 1 Gel-X is offered in round and almond shapes. Design level 3 overlays cover full-hand 3D work, detailed hand-painted art, and character or fully custom designs, and clients are asked to send inspiration photos by Instagram DM before booking to receive a quote. Monthly design sets are offered with two of the technicians, with removal not included. Gel pedicures come in cat-eye or chrome styles, and the pedicure includes a foot soak, nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a mint scrub, lotion, and one color in sheer or solid. The studio has no massage chairs and does not cut, remove or treat ingrown toenails.

Booking runs through the website, where a valid credit card is required. Requests sent by Instagram DM or text require a non-refundable deposit of $40 to $55, which can move to a new appointment with at least 72 hours' notice. New clients need to confirm through the reminder at least 24 hours ahead. Each appointment can be rescheduled up to two times. Changes made 24 to 72 hours ahead may carry a fee of $40 to $80, while cancellations under 24 hours, same-day changes and no-shows are charged 60 percent of the estimated service price. A 15-minute grace period applies, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late pay a $15 late fee. Guests may not join appointments.

Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo and Zelle. The studio is open Monday through Wednesday from 11:00 am to 8:45 pm, Thursday until 8:50 pm, Friday until 9:00 pm, Saturday until 8:40 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Complimentary fixes are offered within 7 days for lifting, chipping or durability concerns, provided the original design and shape are kept and the studio is notified within that window. Damage from accidents, improper aftercare, picking or scratches is not covered.

Dry manicures are done with an E-file only, without soaking, and the studio works in gel products rather than acrylic or dip powder.
