Its locations are in the Main Street Promenade in downtown Naperville, The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, Montgomery Village in Santa Rosa, and Simi Valley Town Center.

A visit usually begins in the Relaxation Lounge, which is open before body and facial treatments and spa packages and can also be used after an appointment. Guests are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes early to make use of it. During the lounge time, guests can enjoy a heated lavender-infused neck wrap, premium hot tea, spa water and European tea biscuits. A complimentary warm foot soak comes before any face or body service, and each guest receives a plush spa robe and sandals. The changing rooms have resort-style amenities and full showers, and lockers are available for clothing and shoes. Pedicure guests sit in zero-gravity therapy chairs during the service.

The menu spans brow services, facial and skincare treatments, massage and body work, manicures and pedicures, and waxing. Enhancements are add-ons that are offered on request and cannot be booked alone. Standalone waxing and nail services do not include Relaxation Lounge access unless it is requested. Groups of any size are welcome, including bridal parties, birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings and special events. Booking requests should be emailed to the specific location, and front desk staff at each location can be reached by text.

The Monthly Wellness Program offers two monthly membership plans. Members receive 15% off menu services and other perks, and a portion of membership proceeds is donated to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Membership can be started at a location or through the membership form. Online bookings require a credit card to hold the reservation, but no charge is made at booking. Changes or cancellations outside the 24-hour window (48 hours for groups), or missed appointments, incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.

The spa says all of its services are performed by highly educated therapists and estheticians, and that its facials use certified organic, clinical and professional-grade cosmeceutical skincare.
