Anti-aging work centers on neuromodulator injections of Xeomin, Daxxify, Botox and Jeuveau, priced from $8 per unit. A session takes about 10 to 15 minutes, with results appearing within 3 to 7 days. Dermal fillers Belotero, Restylane and Juvederm are priced from $239 to $499. The change is visible right after treatment and settles over about two weeks.

Skin and lifting services include Laser Genesis, offered for melasma, pigment, fine lines, large pores, uneven texture, rosacea and acne scarring. It is priced at $299 for one treatment, $699 for three, or $999 for unlimited treatments over six months, requires no numbing, and lets clients go back to normal activities right away. Ultherapy uses FDA-approved focused ultrasound to stimulate collagen with no downtime, starting at $599, with the lower face and jowls at $699, the upper neck at $599 and a combined treatment at $1,100. The clinic regards Ultherapy as its benchmark for non-surgical lifting. Non-surgical face lift packages at $2,500 combine PDO threads, Ultherapy, neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and begin with a consultation where a customized plan is designed.

Laser hair removal starts at $59 for the upper lip, with yearly plans for other areas from $299 for the chin and jawline up to $699 for the legs, and a combo treatment listed at 10% off. Clients shave before treatment, protective eyewear is provided, and multiple sessions are needed. Tattoo removal starts at $65 for pieces under one square inch. Session counts are estimated after assessing size, color, age and depth, and the area must be kept clean and out of the sun between sessions. Yearly unlimited options are offered for several sizes. The medically supervised weight loss program includes a customized medication and lifestyle protocol, regular check-ins and dose adjustments, and screening with CBC, CMP, EKG, urine, lipid panel, HA1C and TSH. Tirzepatide and semaglutide are offered in injectable and oral sublingual forms with supplies included, and retatrutide is listed as coming soon.

Immigration physicals are performed by USCIS designated civil surgeons, who complete Form I-693, and walk-ins are welcome. Most applicants have at least two visits: a consultation to order tests and vaccines, then the civil surgeon exam and lab review. The package is $350 for required blood and urine tests without vaccines, or $699 all-inclusive with vaccines; the all-inclusive price does not cover the pneumococcal vaccine for age 65 and over. A $50 per-applicant consultation fee is credited toward the total for cash payers. Out-of-town applicants pay a $150 deposit for tests ordered near home and the balance at the civil surgeon visit. Patients under 18 are sent to the health department or their primary care provider for vaccines, and insured patients are advised to use a pharmacy for vaccines to lower the total. The clinic says its civil surgeons have performed thousands of exams and reports a high success rate with medical waivers; these are its own claims.
