Skin treatments start with a skin analysis and a customized plan for new clients. The menu includes a customized facial tailored to each client's skin needs, which can include advanced modalities, and an acne facial that combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration and techniques that help reduce inflammation. Hydradermabrasion is offered in two versions: a water-based treatment without steam or manual extractions, and a version with steam, manual extractions and a mask. Dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair and can be booked alone or added to another facial.

Medical grade options include the VI Peel, a chemical peel that comes with 7 to 10 days of downtime, and microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, which uses tiny needles to stimulate collagen and includes numbing. VI Peel appointments are booked on Wednesdays or Thursdays, and clients should avoid sun exposure for three weeks beforehand. Both treatments are also offered as series of three.

Brow and lash services include brow shaping, shape with tint, brow lamination and the Korean lash lift, a semi-permanent lift that includes lash tint. A combined lash lift and brow lamination is also offered. Brow lamination uses a chemical solution to set brow hairs and includes tint, shaping and a post care kit; the business states results last around four to six weeks. Cosmetic tattoo covers microblading, microshading, combo brows and ombre powder brows. Microblading and microshading include a complimentary touchup 6 to 8 weeks after the first visit, and the business states ombre powder brow results last up to one to three years with proper care. Clients are asked to send clear, bright, bare brow photos before a virtual brow consultation or a touchup booking.

Clients should stop retinoids, exfoliants and other topical actives 7 days before facial and treatment appointments. Add-on services must be booked with a full service. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday.
