Visits take place in a private, intimate setting with a smaller feel than a large spa. Clients are seen at their appointment time without waiting, and the spa aims to pair each client with the same professional on every visit. Appointments can be booked through an online form, by phone or by email.

The facial menu starts with a Basic Facial, which uses oxygenated steam and a machine to clean and vacuum the skin, followed by a mask chosen for skin type. The BioRenu Facial adds exfoliation, massage, extractions and antioxidant penetration, using the Skin Spatula System and a Skin Master unit. Other options include a glycolic peel at 30% or 60% strength, LED light therapy, dermaplaning, a collagen mask facial and a Stem Cell Infusion Treatment that comes with a full-size Cel Youth Actif product for home use. The Stem Cell Infusion Treatment is not recommended for skin with rosacea. The spa says it selects skin care products it considers high-quality with proven results.

Massage options range from Swedish, Tranquillity and deep tissue to sports massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone and reflexology, along with Himalayan salt stone and CBD massages. Specialty techniques include lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, myoskeletal alignment, active isolation stretching and trigger point work. No add-on fee is charged for the massage techniques used. Packages of three, six or twelve sessions are available for facials and massages, and gift certificates can be purchased for packages.
