Niche Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice at 1400 Chain Bridge Road in McLean, Virginia, founded by Jocelyn Brackett. Its work is split between injectables and skin rejuvenation, with treatment planning built around each patient's anatomy and goals.
A first visit is a new patient consultation, which costs $100. Neuromodulators and fillers each have their own appointment type, with separate slots for new and existing patients. Filler appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes. Botox and filler can share one 45-minute session, and Sculptra also takes 45 minutes. After filler, clients should skip strenuous workouts, alcohol and intense heat for the next 24 hours.
Each injectable plan comes with an expected timeline. Neuromodulators begin to soften lines within a few days, reach their full effect at about two weeks, and typically last three to four months. Sculptra usually involves two to three treatments spread across several months, and its results can last as long as two years. Radiesse often lasts around 12 to 18 months. According to the practice, filler is not a substitute for surgery when skin laxity or tissue descent is notable.
Skin rejuvenation services include microneedling, a 75-minute appointment priced at $600, which creates controlled micro-injuries to stimulate collagen and is aimed at fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores and uneven texture. Medical-grade chemical peels are selected for each client's skin type, goals and preferred downtime. The practice also offers personalized at-home medical-grade skincare regimens meant to help maintain in-office results.
Hair restoration consultations are offered to men and women with thinning hair. The consultation reviews hair loss and medical history and discusses realistic expectations. Plans may include platelet-rich plasma, which is prepared from a small sample of the patient's own blood, along with microneedling and growth factors. A series of treatments and ongoing maintenance may be recommended, and some types of hair loss may need further medical evaluation first.
Appointments can be booked online, where gift cards are also sold. The practice is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with Saturday visits by appointment only. The phone number is 571-410-7551.
Treatment plans are individualized to each patient's anatomy and goals rather than one-size-fits-all, with natural-looking results as the aim and patient safety central to each injectable appointment.
