The custom facial is the most popular service, and a consultation is recommended before booking. Face treatments are priced as one set price for a custom facial that can include specialty treatments such as Exosome facials, Geneo, Revitapen, NanoStamp, Blemiderm, Plasma Cool Jet and Procell. Body treatments use the same approach as the custom facial, adapted for the body, and include Exosome Body Treatments. Body contouring is done with the Bionexus Lite device for body shaping, skin tightening, cellulite and lymphatic drainage.

Clients can book consultations in person or virtually through the contact page. The spa is open Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 8PM, Friday from 8AM to 12PM, and on Saturdays by appointment. It is closed on Sundays.

Beyond treatments, the spa carries Osmosis Skincare and Osmosis Wellness products, and it offers the MD Advanced Collection of medical-grade skincare. The MD Advanced Collection is sold only through a licensed professional at the spa, after an in-person consultation.

Each treatment is customized to the client's skin care concerns, with skin and body concerns addressed through in-spa treatments and through Osmosis Wellness and MD Formulations products.
