A visit starts with a consultation that looks at a client's goals, skin concerns, medical history, previous treatments and how much downtime they can allow. Only after that is a plan recommended. Complimentary skincare consultations are offered with no obligation to buy any treatment, and the consultations aim to explain options and give professional advice. Appointments can be requested through an online form or by phone. The Malibu office sees clients in person Tuesday through Thursday, and phone calls for both offices are answered during Westlake Village office hours.

The practice groups its treatments into four areas: injectables and fillers; tightening and resurfacing for the skin; rejuvenation and facials; and body contouring alongside laser procedures. Neuromodulators on offer are Botox, Jeuveau and Daxxify. Filler options include JUVÉDERM, Restylane, the RHA Collection, Evolysse and SKINVIVE.
