The practice describes its approach as surgeon-led, focused on natural proportions and refined results, with treatment plans tailored to each patient. Premier Surgery Center operates an outpatient surgical site spanning 11,000 square feet, located in the same building as the Concord office and directly opposite John Muir Medical Center, Concord Campus. The center holds AAAASF accreditation. Its operating rooms and recovery areas meet hospital-level equipment standards, and the nurses who care for patients hold Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. Anesthesiologists there are board certified and have worked on cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Patients undergoing a tummy tuck or facelift may stay overnight, supervised by a registered nurse and a medical assistant.

Most body contouring procedures take place in one session, and the practice says that combining procedures can shorten recovery. Most patients can be back at work in two weeks or less, with timing shaped by their occupation. Normal exercise typically restarts after roughly four to six weeks, and intense physical activity should be avoided for a minimum of four weeks after surgery. Compression garments are worn following several procedures, and slim drainage tubes may sit beneath the skin during healing. Results are frequently visible right away, while the final outcome develops over a number of weeks. According to the practice, fat removed through liposuction does not grow back.

Cosmetic surgery is paid in full at the preoperative visit, usually about two weeks before surgery. Cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted, but personal checks are not. Financing is available through PatientFi and CareCredit, with no-interest plans for up to 12 months and extended plans based on credit history. The office checks insurance coverage in advance where possible and estimates the insurance payment and co-payment.
