Appointments can be made online through Vagaro or by phone. Walk-ins are accepted, though they may need to wait when staff are busy, and clients with appointments are seen first when the two overlap.

The menu is organized around facial threading, body and facial waxing, henna tattoos, lash extensions, and lash lift and tinting. Threading is available for brows, lips, cheeks, chin, forehead, ears, nose, side burns, jawline, neck, and the full face, with prices from $3 to $40. Waxing covers the face and most of the body, from hands and belly button up to full legs and Brazilian, with some areas priced separately for the female and male listings.

Henna tattoos are temporary designs applied with henna paste to palms, arms, legs, the back, or other areas. Clients pick from a broad selection of designs or bring their own, and prices depend on the design and appear in a picture album.

Lash extensions are applied one lash at a time with semi-permanent glue, using cluster lashes in large, medium, and small sizes. Lash lift perms and tinting services for lashes and brows are also offered, and tints typically last three to four weeks.

Services are built around specific, named methods: threading for facial hair, heated wax with wax strips, and single-lash-at-a-time application for extensions.
