Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the cost of the service, and the appointment is confirmed only once the deposit is received. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice keeps the deposit as a credit toward a future booking, while shorter notice forfeits it. A no-show forfeits the deposit and brings the charge to the full service price, and any outstanding fee must be paid, along with a new deposit, before another booking.

Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Packages are available, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Lash refills are meant to be done every 2 to 3 weeks, and a refill after 4 weeks is treated as a full set.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Each brow and lash treatment is tailored to facial structure, natural growth and personal style, with results aimed at enhancing natural features, from subtle enhancement to fuller correction.
