Eyebrow services range from a 20-minute waxing appointment that includes shaping and makeup application to a one-hour brow lamination that straightens and sets the brows. Henna and tint options sit in between, with a deluxe version of each that adds a hydrating jelly mask. Powder brows, a microblading-style semi-permanent makeup, takes about three hours and is listed as lasting roughly eight months to two years depending on skin type and aftercare. A touch-up is offered within 40 days for existing clients, and color correction is available for older procedures such as tattoos or microblading after a prior evaluation.

Lash extensions come as classic, hybrid, volume and wispy full sets, with refills booked up to three weeks after the last set. The studio says it selects extension weight and length so clients can wear them without damaging their natural lashes, and it does not work over lash extensions applied at another salon. A Korean lash lift with keratin and tint, about an hour long, is also offered, and it is listed as lasting around six to eight weeks.

Training is part of the business. Gaby Lashes offers professional courses in person and online, including Spanish-language online courses on brow lamination, the Korean lash lift and eyelash extensions. Online courses can be taken at any hour and at the learner's own pace, and they include a digital certificate.

Bookings require 24 hours notice to cancel without a $40 service fee, and the same fee applies to no-shows, no-calls and cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment. Confirmation emails are sent when a booking is made and again 48 hours before the appointment.
