Maven Lash LA has offered eyelash extensions since 2018. The salon calls itself a premier eyelash extensions boutique and a leader in the industry; those are its own claims. Its stated aim is to enhance each client's natural beauty through skilled technique and quality products.

Three extension styles are offered. Classic places one extension on one natural lash for a natural enhancement, and the salon presents it as the usual starting point for first-time wearers and a favorite for everyday wear. Blend is an even mix of classic and volume application that gives a fuller, textured look, and it can be styled as cat eye, doll eye or natural enhancement. Volume uses lighter, thinner extensions that are fanned, staggered and stacked onto each natural lash; the salon says this set offers the highest density and thickness available.

Extensions are synthetic mink or silk and are applied with a medical-grade adhesive that is free of fumes, latex and formaldehyde. A full Classic set takes about 90 minutes and a Volume set runs 90 to 120 minutes, while a fill takes about 60 to 75 minutes. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and the salon advises booking between three and four weeks out. A visit counts as a touch up only if at least 40% of the extensions remain; after four weeks, the visit is booked as a full set.

Removal done at the salon is free. Extensions applied elsewhere can be removed for $40, using a medical-grade removing ointment. Extension-safe mascara, cleansers and sealers are sold on site.

Some booking rules apply. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have the appointment canceled and receive only the remaining time. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and a later change is charged 50% of the appointment. A missed appointment is charged the full fee, and frequent last-minute cancellations of four hours or less may cost future booking. Lashes should stay dry for the first 24 to 48 hours, and oil-based products and lash curlers should be avoided on extensions.
