Oo Nailed It is run by nail artist Cynthia Oo, who founded the brand and is its face. She has worked as a professional nail artist since 2019.

Gel X extensions start at $110 and last three weeks or more. Each set includes soak-off removal and gel polish. The studio describes its Japanese gels as 9-free, cruelty free and non-toxic.

Structured gel manicures start at $75 and take about an hour. They use a hardgel overlay and last three weeks or more. The extra-short option suits nails with no free edge, and longer lengths are priced higher.

Nail art is an add-on starting at $25 and takes about 15 minutes or more. It is priced in four levels, from simple quick designs to character, 3D and full stonework. Level 3 designs may need more time, and inspiration photos are requested for them.

A no-polish manicure costs $35 and takes about 20 minutes. It suits men and clients who want their nails kept clean between gel or extension appointments. Nail repair is $10 for about 15 minutes and fixes a broken nail without shortening the others.

Extension removal is free when the studio performs it and must be booked with a manicure. The studio also removes extensions done by other providers, soaking them off to limit damage to the natural nail. A $35 deposit is required to book, sent by Venmo or by text for other payment methods. Gift cards come in $30, $50, $100, $150 or custom amounts and can be sent to yourself, by text or email, or pooled as group gifts.
