The salon aims for a relaxed, one-on-one setting where each client has the stylist's full attention. Every plan is built around the client's hair, lifestyle and goals, and may combine color, extensions and hair solutions.

A visit usually begins with a consultation. Color ranges from gloss and toner, starting at $80 and taking about 30 minutes, to highlights and balayage starting at $380 and $400. Blonding refresh appointments are for existing blonde clients who want brightness and dimension kept up, and color correction is priced after a consultation.

Extensions are offered as hand-tied wefts, made with Remy human hair and sewn with a thin, flat seam, or as keratin tips bonded individually with a cold-fusion ultrasound method. Hand-tied wefts are typically reused for about 6 to 8 months with maintenance every six weeks, while keratin tips are worn for 8 to 12 weeks and are not reusable. For thinning hair and hair loss, the salon offers custom toppers, integrated pieces and wig maintenance, with final pricing set at the consultation.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
