Mav Lash is run by MAV LASH, LLC and works with clients at two Southern California addresses: a suite on Cahuenga Boulevard West in Los Angeles and a suite on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City. Its menu centers on lash extensions, with full sets, fills and removals priced by service and listed with approximate appointment lengths.

Full sets come in several styles, including classic, volume, mixed and mega volume, and the longest sets run up to two and a half hours. Fills are scheduled by the style of the extensions already on the lashes, and Extended Fills add time for clients who have some extensions remaining but need a longer appointment. Clients who want a change of style, or whose previous extensions were applied elsewhere, can book a removal, and the salon asks that a removal booked with a full set be scheduled before the full set.

The salon keeps a few clear rules to protect results. Appointments are confirmed by text the day before, and clients who do not reply by 2pm the prior day may lose their spot. Clients with a sensitivity concern can book a patch test first. Gift cards and service packages are sold, and lash trays are available through an online shop.
