Prices are set by the crafter's level, so most services are listed as a range, with the lowest figure reflecting the most junior level. Cuts are offered as the Mini, the Standard, the Maxi and the Curly Cut, each suited to a different length or texture. The Curly Cut is performed by a texture specialist and includes a clarifying and conditioning shampoo and curly styling. Blowouts include the salon's signature shampoo.
Color covers a wide range, from an express root smudge and tone to root and refresh services, partial and total blonding experiences, and dimensional roots and refresh. The dimensional service includes a retouch, a gloss and dimensional mini highlights or lowlights. New color guests complete an online SnapSnip consultation before booking, sharing current hair photos and inspiration photos. A new consultation is needed after six or more months since the last color service, or when a guest sees a crafter they have not consulted with before.
Model services are offered only with rising talent crafters, at lower starting prices, and only when an apprentice is ready to work on a model. Model color services also require the SnapSnip consultation form.
Appointments are recommended. Online booking through Boulevard is for returning guests, while new guests call the front desk. New haircut guests can call the front desk, which matches them with a crafter based on style, schedule and budget. A credit card secures each reservation, and the front desk confirms services three days before the appointment. Two-hour street parking is available across from the salon and along Lynn Street, and the Municipal Lot at Station and Pine is nearby. For longer appointments, the Municipal Lot near Elden and Station is suggested.
