Visits are built around the individual. The salon says each session is customized to the client, and clients can book by calling the salon or schedule directly with their own stylist. Stylists can be reached directly at any hour, and appointment reminders go out ahead of each visit. The first cancellation or rescheduling fee is waived, and that fee is also waived in family emergencies.
Beyond cuts, the salon offers blowout packages, blowout lessons and a weekly blowout benefit, along with keratin smoothing, customizable keratin treatments, conditioning treatments, a shampoo massage with extendable minutes, and care for mature and thinning hair. Military members, veterans and first responders receive a price reduction. Clients can also order products through the online shop, pick up products and equipment at a drive-thru, or arrange travel for services. The salon runs a hygiene kits program for people experiencing homelessness and accepts silent auction donations. Happy hour and snacks are part of the visit.
