Services cover haircuts and styling, from blowouts and children's and teen cuts to formal and bridal upstyles. Color ranges from simple color, root touch-ups and glazes to foils, balayage, hairpainting and multi-step or corrective color sessions of three hours or more. Extension services include consultations, installation, maintenance and removal for several methods, and the salon also offers Hairskeen non-surgical hair replacement, including system ordering.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Returning guests send a booking request and receive a confirmed time within 48 hours, and the salon suggests booking four to six weeks ahead. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by text, through the Vagaro app or by email, and same-day cancellations are invoiced 50% of the scheduled service. Extension consultations are complimentary.

Each stylist runs an independent small business within the salon.
