The services cover precision haircuts for women and men, blowdry styling, bang trims and deep conditioning. For color, the menu includes tints, root lightening with Color Express, camo color for blending some grey, corrective color, toner, partial and full highlights, and balayage. Many services list a haircut or blowdry as part of the price, and appointment lengths range from 15 minutes for a bang trim to about three and a half hours for a balayage with haircut.
Clients can book a consultation, which is offered at no charge and takes about 15 minutes. Payment can be spread out with Buy Now, Pay Later, which is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.
Extra services include retaping extension pieces and adding an extra bowl of color, which is priced from $25.
