New color and balayage clients are asked to connect with the salon before booking. New clients reach out ahead of the appointment with photos of their current hair and any inspiration they have in mind, and clients considering a color change can send photos by direct message or text, or upload them when booking. Color Correction and haircuts above the shoulders also require reaching out first.

Clients usually don't need to wash their hair beforehand, except before an overnight treatment, deep conditioner, hair gel, or sticky or hard-hold products. Guests may come along, but children under 5 and any men must be approved before the appointment. Nespresso coffee, loose leaf tea, sparkling water and wine are offered during visits. Tipping is optional and not included in service prices.
