The price excludes the extensions themselves. A free 15-minute extension consultation covers how extensions work, which method suits the client, color matching, and aftercare. A free 30-minute consultation is also available for other services.

Booking and payment: Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows lead to a warning on the first occasion, a deposit requirement for future services on the second, and a forfeited deposit with a new deposit required for later bookings. After more than four repeated late cancellations or no-shows, the salon may stop accepting a client's bookings.
