Services are built around each client's hair type, daily routine, upkeep and goals. Stylists start by listening to what the client wants before suggesting a look. For color, the stylist talks through goals, upkeep, the expected timeline and pricing before work begins, and major changes or blonding may take more than one appointment.

The team takes advanced education, hands-on training and industry classes on a regular basis, and the salon hosts classes with industry experts. Services use professional products, and the salon sells its own Divine line of at-home aftercare products.

The Curly Hair Experience is designed for naturally curly, wavy and coily hair. It includes a customized consultation, a specialized haircut, cleansing and conditioning, styling, and guidance on keeping curls at home. It was formerly called the Deva Experience, and clients should choose it when booking so enough time is reserved.

Policies to know: cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment is changed or rebooked. Service concerns must be raised within 14 days, and completed services are not refunded. Silent appointments are available on request when booking. Digital eGift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount.

The salon takes part in community work, including an annual personal care item donation drive for Dakota Women's Shelter, school supply drives and sports team sponsorship with the Eagan-Rosemount School District, hair and makeup for a Big Brothers Big Sisters of Twin Cities fashion show, and help for students in an adaptive dance program preparing for a winter formal.
